Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are combining their musical talents.
E! News reports that Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are currently working on a duet.
“Word on the street is that they may be working on new songs and projects together and The Weeknd is feeling really inspired by Selena,” an insider told the publication.
Collaboration rumours started circulating earlier this year after producer Max Martin’s production discography listed ‘The Weeknd’ in the credits for Sel’s upcoming track “In Her Element”.
He wasn’t just listed as a writer, but as a singer on the track as well.
But then when Selena was asked about the collab on the radio, she responded:
“I can’t give those people what they want, I’m sorry.” She added.
“It’s not true!”
