Fans were delighted when Apple TV officially announced the premiere of Season 3 of the Emmy Award-nominated comedy series Shrinking in October.
Starring Jason Segel and Harrison Ford, with Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, and Ted McGinley- the TV series has a stellar cast.
The third season will be no different and is also set to introduce guest stars Jeff Daniels and Michael J. Fox, alongside returning appearances from Brett Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick, and Cobie Smulders.

Returning main cast members include Jason Segel (Jimmy), Harrison Ford (Paul), Christa Miller (Liz), Jessica Williams (Gaby), Luke Tennie (Sean), Michael Urie (Brian), Lukita Maxwell (Alice), and Ted McGinley (Derek). Guest stars coming back include Brett Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick, and Cobie Smulders.
Goldstein plays Louis Winston, a key figure in Jimmy and Alice’s storyline, while Wayans Jr. returns as Derrick, friend to Jimmy’s neighbor Derek and love interest for Gaby.
Malick reprises her role as Paul’s girlfriend and former doctor Julie, and Smulders returns as Sofi, from whom Jimmy bought a yellow Mini Cooper for Alice’s 16th birthday.
Will there be new characters in Season 3?

Yes- Jeff Daniels joins as Jimmy’s father, while Michael J. Fox also appears this season.
Fox’s role is being kept under wraps, but there may be a connection to Paul Rhoades (Ford), who has Parkinson’s disease.
Fox has lived with the same illness for more than three decades.
