The Amazing Race footy mates Tom Wilkinson and Tyler Roos were brutally eliminated after being given a U-turn during the penultimate episode of the series on Monday night – but that might not be the last you see of the plucky AFL players.

While the pair are out of the running for the $250,000 Amazing Race prize money, they may be popping up on a sofa near you very soon, according to the Daily Mail.
After the departure of Gogglebox faves Adam Densten and Symon Lovett, who sensationally quit the program last week, it’s rumoured that Tom and Tyler could replace the couch critics in 2020.
Adam and Symon revealed that they were leaving Gogglebox to “pursue other exciting opportunities” in TV or radio.
Speaking on their podcast The Adam and Symon show, Adam, 26, said: “We hope the show will keep growing and getting better, but it’s the right time for us to go.”
“Hopefully, there’s some stuff in the future… radio, TV, where we’ll still be in your ears and in front of your eyes. That’s the aim.”
Talk of the pair jumping into their spots on the sofa began last week when Tom and Tyler both ‘liked’ a suggestion by a fan to apply for Gogglebox after finishing The Amazing Race.
Luckily for the boys, both shows air on Channel 10, so they could already be one step ahead of the competition.
The fan wrote: “What a humorous pair you two are @t0mwilkinson @tylerroos You know the Gogglebox boys have quit??”
Tom wrote back with a thumbs-up emoji: “Great thinking.”
