The Bachelor Matty J has attempted to dismiss any claims from former contestant Leah Costa that he knew about he past as a topless waitress.
Last week fans of the reality dating show saw Costa, 25, booted from the show before an official rose ceremony.
And although Matty blamed his decision on Costa being “distracted by the drama and so are the rest of the ladies”, many felt she was being shamed for her past.
In a new interview with Matty J has hit back at Costa’s claims that he knew about her job from the beginning.
“Correct me if this is wrong, she said that she told you the first night she went into the house of her occupation?” Coleman said.
“Oh she’s telling fibs!” Matty J said.
“She told me that she was an architecture student. She might have said that she was a party planner, but didn’t go into detail,” he continued. “To me it didn’t make any difference really, the main issue was the fact that with all the drama in the house, it was always Leah who was the instigator of that.”
After leaving the Bachelor mansion, Costa told KIISFM’s Kyle and Jackie O: “Honestly, I think I was in love with Matty before I went in, and then I was incredibly disappointed,
When Hit105 played Matty J similar audio of Costa claiming she was “never a fan” of his, he responded with: “Oh wow, cuts deep.”
