But this week it was evident that their paths are almost identical.
On Tuesday, Martha launched her YouTube channel and quickly raised 10,000 subscribers.
Less than 24-hours later, Jessika announced that she too was launching her own channel on the video social media platform.
"Happy hump day babies! I’ve just spent an amazing week in Melbourne but am so eager to get home to Brisbane and see my family," Jessika began her Instagram announcement.
"I'll be starting a YouTube channel soon also so please drop your ideas in the comments below and tell me what you'd like to see."
Fans begged the 27-year-old to cover all topics from relationships, MAFS behind the scenes gossip and even female empowerment.
As for when hers will launch, no one knows, but there's a good chance she could have a better debut that Martha who stumbled her way through an awkward Q&A session.
There's also the fact that Jess has stolen Martha's best friend, Ines Basic.
Martha and Ines were inseparable after the show ended, but in recent weeks, Martha has been quite clearly replaced by Jessika - just take a look at their Instagram accounts!
As for who will come out on top in the war for YouTube supremacy, you'll have to stay tuned!
