Sydney has so many great cafes and bars, it can be hard to decide where to book your next Saturday brunch.

We tested out The Hilton Sydney‘s resident dining venue, glass brasserie, to try out their recently launched Bottomless Late Breakfast offering, whipped up and created by Hilton Sydney Executive Chef, Kruno Velican.

Housed on the second floor of George Street’s Hilton Sydney, the restaurant boasts overlooking views of the iconic Queen Victoria Building.

With high ceilings and plenty of seating options, the buffet style dining experience can be made to feel as private or as open as you please.

We devoured some sausages, an eggs benedict, homemade baked beans, mushrooms and smoked salmon alongside an iced mocha before digging in to the sweeter options.

After being treated to some pancakes smothered in caramel and banana sauce, we paired some fresh fruit with pastries while sipping on a mimosa.

Although we didn’t have enough room to go back and serve ourselves a helping of the stir fry and vegetable gyoza, we took a minute to unwind while admiring the QVB.

All this for the price of $49, could very well make this the best brunch Sydney has to offer.

glass brasserie’s Bottomless Late Breakfast by Luke Mangan is available Saturdays from 10am – 12.30pm.
