EVEN after a long-haul flight the Duchess of Sussex always glows with good health – and now’s she’s revealed the miracle beauty product that is always in her hand luggage.
In recently resurfaced interview with Allure, the pregnant 37-year-old revealed her must-have travel product is a small container of Australian tea tree oil, which retails for as little as $7 in most pharmacies.
“It’s not the most glamorous thing, but if you get a cut, a mosquito bite, a small breakout, no matter what, it’s my little cure-all,” she told the publication. “It’s inexpensive, it’s small enough to carry on, and I bring it with me all the time.”
Known for its powerful natural anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, tea tree is distilled from Melaleuca alternifolia myrtle tree species found in Queensland and Northern New South Wales and can be applied to minor cuts, stings, bites and pimples.
During her Aussie Royal Tour with husband Prince Harry, Meghan may have been forced to find another cure-all given given pregnant women are not recommended to apply essential oils directly onto their skin.
