Josh and Melissa
Whilst the wedding may have gone smoothly, the rest of Melissa and Josh's relationship has been anything but.
During the second commitment ceremony of the season, the pair became the first couple to leave after experts learnt shocking details of their relationship.
"Josh we can see clearly that you are pretty broken right now. Considering what we've seen tonight and what we've heard, I'm going to do something that I've never done before because I have never seen a relationship like this before in the experiment," explained John.
"We've also been around long enough to know that there is no coming back for you in this experiment, Josh, and we're not going to subject you to it any longer to this," he continued, before giving Josh the option to leave - which he took.

Caitlin and Shannon
For Caitlin and Shannon, their wedding day was anything but dramatic with the two cheeky lovebirds hitting it off thanks to their shared sense of humour.
Despite the couple hitting it off, the pair didn't make too much of a first impression as other dramas of the episodes took precedence. But from what we can see, the pair seem sweet!
But will they last? That's a whole other question, which was left unanswered following the dramatic confessions week. The experts warned that Shannon could lack empathy at times, and boy were they right. During the photo ranking task, he had no problem in explaining why he didn't find Caitlin the most attractive of the cast.
“I haven't seen these girls without makeup...but I have seen you without makeup," he told a shocked Caitlin. Things went from bad to worse when he revealed he thought Melinda was the most attractive as she was the one "who would impress your mates," and told Caitlin other women in the competition's "natural beauty shines more than yours."
After the truly painful confession week task, Caitlin proceeded to hear Shannon on the phone with his ex-fiancee, who he shares a very long and tumultuous relationship with. When asked about their relationship, Shannon broke down, revealing that he was stuck in a toxic cycle and admitting he still loved his ex, with whom he shares a child with.
Things went from bad to worse during intimacy week, with Shannon showcasing some truly abhorrent behaviour - which was why it came as such a surprise that he wrote stay during the commitment ceremony. However, the experts gave Caitlin the choice to leave the experiment - which she took.
Janelle and Adam
Full-time content creator Janelle had one type of person in mind when thinking of who she could see herself marrying - a financially stable, career-focused man.
Enter Adam. An entrepreneur in the crypto space who also wants to start a podcast. A match made in heaven? Maybe not, considering their rocky wedding day.
Not only was money a tense subject between the couple, but Adam's personal vows at the ceremony also kicked off some drama.
“I haven't lived a perfect life, I've done things I've regretted, I've made mistakes and I've lost myself along the way, but they have all taught me lessons and made me the person I am today,” Adam emotionally explained.
Whilst it may sound sweet, it rose some red flags for Janelle's protective brothers, who quickly got to the bottom of Adam's backstory, and learnt that he cheated in a previous relationship.
After Adam had a MAFS cheating scandal of his own, the damage was irreparable, with both individuals choosing to leave in the third commitment ceremony.

Sandy & Dan
No surprise here! Sandy and Dan's relationship couldn't be mended following the accidental butt-dial of the season.
At the commitment ceremony, Dan doubled down on what he believed to be the key factor in their relationship not working: That Sandy didn't like the beach.
"My heart and my mind had been at conflict because that was one of the big things for me was having somebody that could share that with me," he attempted to explain.
"Dan, a key ingredient to a healthy relationship is not the love of an ocean," Expert John shot back.
"You might not be on the same page about water but there are a lot of more important ingredients to a healthy relationship, things like values, communication styles and time together versus time apart, admiration, praise..."
Finally, it was time for the couple to reveal if they wanted to stay or leave the experiment, and unsurprisingly they both chose to leave.
"I came here with an expectation that I was going to find someone that can really join me on my love of the ocean and the adventure and all that kind of stuff. And unfortunately, we were dealt a set of cards that was a little bit different to that. And it started to unravel a bit for me this week. I feel that this has been more of a friendship that we've been building, so I think the best thing for me to do is leave. The beach and the ocean is calling me and I have to go home," shared Dan.
"I've had a really hard week. I miss my family. I want to go home and apologize to my parents," shared Sandy.
"I didn't come here to be disrespected. I came here to meet my person. I mean, it sucks when you start to form feelings for someone but I need to look after myself. As much as I care for Dan, I care for me more and I need to stand up for myself and respect myself. So I have to leave."
Hugo & Tayla
Following the disastrous Retreat Week, Tayla left the experiment to return to Tasmania, without telling Hugo.
She then returned during the dinner party to give Hugo "a second chance" but Hugo had enough.
"Do we even need to go to the commitment ceremony?" he asks, "we both know we don't want this."
"I think Tayla is a great person in her own way, but Tayla is not someone I want to continue to be in a relationship with."
Hugo politely broke up with Tayla and the pair agrees that the Dinner Party will be their final night in the Experiment.
Jesse & Claire
Harrison's meddling took its toll on Jesse & Claire, whose delicate relationship finally crumbled.
After Harrison revealed he thought Claire was still on the experiment to fix her image rather than develop a relationship, the seed of doubt struck a chord for Jesse, who chose to leave alongside Claire.
"Claire cheated on me," explained Jesse. "I have stretched myself so much. I came into this saying that my fight or flight kicks in real quick and I'm quick to end things early on so I really stretched myself...but this comment really brought back a lot of things that I had been pushing to the side."
