This Married At First Sight star's body transformation is INSANE
She may have lost out in the love department, but former Married At First Sight star Jo McPharlin has left us amazed at her body transformation.

The 40-year-old – who was known as Foxy JoJo on the show and was partnered with TV groom Sean Donelley – has been sharing pictures of recent weight loss with her 41,000 Instagram followers.
"OMG, want to share what you have been up to? You look amazing, not that you weren't before, but that is one hell of a transformation sweet lady," said one person of the newly slimmed -down mum of two.
"Literally Foxy Jo Jo! You look amazing [...] What's your secret with your weight loss hun, please share so we too can look as foxy as you," said another.
Jo's look is a complete transformation from just a few short months ago.
So what’s her secret? The reality star recently revealed to Daily Mail Australia that her transformation isn’t down to the gym OR a diet.
“I'm just a flat out mum of two busy kids, working three jobs and now being a lot more organised with my eating,” she told the online publication.
“Instead of zipping through drive-through takeaways after work [each night], I make food that I can freeze to reheat easily when I get home.”
In fact, Jo’s not even sure how much weight she’s lost, admitting “ I haven't had scales in my house for over 10 years now.”
“I just know that all my clothes fit so much better now. I'm still totally me, just a bit thinner.”
Jo’s weight loss comes just three months after she revealed her new career as an Instagram fashion influencer for women with curves.
