Today I went and visited @marianrahme over @catwalkinstyle 🖤 plenty of girl chat and playing dress ups 🖤just hanging out with my hot chocolate (with a straw of course 😉) walking around barefoot 🖤 her energy and encouragement is amazing and the fact she encourages my inner rockstar, pure respect 🖤#youarea💎 #realgirltalk #shegetsit

When fans questioned the blonde about her 'weight loss secrets', she was quick to reply the trick was 'getting rid of toxic people'.

Fans were quick to praise the 27-year-old for her slimmed down physique.

Liz’s MAFS co-star Nic Jovanovic also commented on the snap.

'Skinny mini,' he wrote, to which Elizabeth said: 'Called happiness babe #CleansingOutTheToxicPeople'.

Earlier this year Elizabeth announced she had been diagnosed with Porphyria, which results in weight fluctuation.

'There's been a lot of curiosity out there, people saying to me, "How have you lost a bit of weight?" she revealed on Instagram.

Someone very near and dear to my heart had spoken to me last night, quite disturbed about some of the comments that were put underneath my makeup free selfie. They were in disbelief of how the term 'drag queen' was often used in what they perceived in a derogatory way. I think people should know that whilst they are making comments to get a quick point across (yes, I do know they were meant to be taken in a complimentary format) that they actually hurt some people out there. My friend has been put in a circumstance where they feel that these comments are putting a message out there that it is okay to try and bring someone down by their appearance and although it might not be to your liking that you don't need to discourage someone about what they are feeling or a way that they like to dress by trying to use a term in a derogatory manner. Why I'm posting this right now, and why today I'm wearing a full face of makeup is for this particular person and everyone out there being overtly scrutinised for their appearance. No, I'm not naming my friend because although I might get trolled, they don't need to be, this is a matter that is close to their heart and as their friend I'm supporting them in trying to diffuse a stereotype. You know who you are and I love you beyond this world and the hardships you've gone through, I've got you 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

'What I want to put out there is that I have porphyria, and how you manage porphyria is with a high carb diet.

'I use chocolate because my body can tolerate it right now. Before I get the "there are healthier alternatives", it is working for me currently, and I get scared to try a lot of foods because my body also rejects "healthy food" too, it's not bias.

'Also lots of people out there have to be on medication, and unfortunately weight gain can be a common side effect for a lot of chronic illness meds or chronic illness in general. Sometimes the weight gain in this can be more than 20 kilograms.'
