“I miss working with people,” Martha wrote. “Regardless of COVID and lockdown I live a very isolated life, which kills me.
“I love being around others, I hate being alone, I love meeting new people and talking to strangers. Michael is the opposite, he things it’s ‘rogue’ that I make conversation with anyone.”
“I love what I do now! It’s a dream!” she qualified, referencing her work as a beauty influencer.
However, she admitted to missing working in a makeup store, where daily interactions were normal.
“I used to work in a Mecca store with 90 other girls. It was a vibe, I call it the “glory days”, I miss you all MC!”
Martha also took a moment to reflect on how far she had come.
“But I’m also very proud of how far I’ve come and am forever grateful for all the amazing brands and people I work with now!”
“I just think I need to meet some of them IRL, I’m done with email,” she said.
Martha is a full-time influencer and works mostly in the beauty space, given her background in makeup.
However, she’s also known for her very authentic brand, and her adorable relationship with Michael, with the pair often ribbing each other on social media.
Martha also addressed their relationship a few times in her Q&A, admitting that she’s “not a ring person”, and would be happy for Michael to pick a potential future engagement ring for her.
Also, when asked how she would describe her relationship with Michael, she wrote, “perfect doesn’t exist but it’s pretty close.”
