There was a time when Captain Wales reigned in our hearts.
Prince Harry is still certainly charming, there’s a new dashing lad in town.
And he’s shirtless.
Whisking his top off and firmly taking reign into the hot royals list is a young man by the name of Arthur Chatto.
So who is Arthur Chatto?
He is the grandson of Princess Margaret, who is 25th in line to the throne.
And he’s the king of the shirtless.
The 19-year-old informed fans that he’s “Trekking in the Scottish highlands.”
His mother is Lady Sarah Chatto, who is 23rd in line to the throne, and is off the market thanks to girlfriend Lizzie Friend.
These days you’ll find hm studying with his older brother Sam at Edinburgh University.
