They both went on reality TV shows looking for love. It turns out that Bachelor in Paradise star Apollo Jackson, 26, and Love Island’s Edyn ‘Mac’ Mackney, 22, went on the wrong ones! The reality stars posted a sweet pic to Instagram over the weekend, confirming they are now an item.
“Everyday is magical with you Apollo Jackson,” Mackney, who starred on the inaugural season of Love Island posted, adding, “May have gone on the wrong show but I found you and delicious vegan milkshakes eventually.”
Handsome Tim Tam Genie hunk Apollo, who initially paired with Elora Murger before later ending the show with British model Simone Ormesher when on Bachelor in Paradise, looked just as smitten.
Both stars are no strangers to reality TV romances – while Jackson split with Ormesher back in April last year – citing difficulties in maintaining a long-distance relationship – Mackney was publicly linked with another Bachelor in Paradise hunk, Sam Cochrane, splitting in September.
The pair were both at the Star casino on the Gold Coast on Saturday, where magician-turned-musician Jackson played a DJ set at the Outdoor Garden Bar.
