Reality TV fans rejoice!
No, it’s not Australian Big Brother reprise, the celebrity US version, has, however, made it’s way to our screens.
In an exciting move by Channel 9, Celebrity Big Brother US has been fast-tracked to our TV screens both on Go! and 9Now.
The show which began airing last night (Sunday) at 8.40pm, definitely sparked a conversation with viewers on the official Australian Big Brother Facebook page as they had to take a second look at the promotional video to confirm it was not a local version of the once much-loved TV show.
“I got excited for a second!” one eager viewer wrote.
“Can we have BB aus back please?” another commented.
Meanwhile, one fan even had a theory producers were testing out the popularity of the Big Brother to see if viewers would still be keen to watch an Australian version of the show.
The video was shared by more than 500 fans of the Facebook page and received more than 270K views.
