Last week it was confirmed that Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan have officially finalised their divorce after announcing their split last year, but the former couple still have some details to sort out.

According to TMZ, Channing wants to “iron out” the couple’s custody agreement over their six-year-old daughter Everly after experiencing ‘conflict’ with their busy schedules
The 39-year-old is said to have filed legal documents to ask a family court judge to create a schedule for their daughter so there is no confusion over where she will be spending important events such as school holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Channing says in the documents: “’Due to our constantly changing work schedules, we have had conflict over adjustments to our schedules to ensure both parties are able to have equal time with our daughter, Everly.”
The Magic Mike star also wants to ensure there is “consistent Facetime” when either of the other parent takes Everly away with them for work.
“[Jenna] and I are fortunate to have employment that offers us unique and once in a lifetime opportunities,” he wrote. “I would like to be able to share these experiences with Everly and believe that Everly would benefit from getting to take advantage of such opportunities.”
According to E! News, the couple’s divorce was finalised earlie last week, just weeks after Jenna announced she and new partner Steve Kazee were expecting their first child together.
