We’re less than a month away from the federal election and Clive Palmer wants all of Australia to know that he’s ridiculously wealthy. And he doesn’t care what you think about him.
Watch him UNLEASH his fury onto TODAY host Deb Knight in an explosive interview.
The billionaire fronts the United Australia Party – which Newspoll shared is polling at five per cent.
Mr Palmer, 65, thinks that this is a lie.
On Monday morning, appearing on TODAY, he told Deb Knight, “That is just fake news of course. We are polling much higher than that. And there is 28 per cent of Australians that have yet to make their decision.”
He went on, “Let’s face it, I’m a bad person. I’m a bad person. Who cares about me? We care about this country.”
He ended his interview with this poetic note.
“Why do you think we’re standing in 151 seats across this nation. Because we intend to win. My wealth is $4,000 million.”
“Do you think I give a stuff about what you personally think or anyone else… I care about this country.”
