“If I was going to do any reality show, it was going to be a dancing show – at least I’ll be learning a skill,” she tells WHO.

And it appears the 26-year-old confided in her sister, former pop star Holly Valance, 35, for some advice before she cemented her decision.

“Well, Holly had been on Strictly Come Dancing in the UK, which is basically Dancing with the Stars – it’s the same concept. She got to the 11th show. I asked her how it was and she goes, ‘F—en’ hard!’

In hindsight, Valance agrees with her older sister.

“She said it was really hard, she said it was fun. And she’s right, it is really hard, but it’s also so much fun.”

And her boyfriend, fellow actor Luke Bracey, 29 – who she prefers to stay mum about – is one of her biggest fans.
