Things got seriously confusing on The Voice Australia last night, with Delta Goodrem sensationally embroiled in a shocking cheating scandal.

The Wings of the Wild singer did her very best to bend the rules on Tuesday’s show. When contestants Chriddy Black, Mitch Paulsen and Jesse Teinaki went head to head in the knockout round, their mentor and Voice coach, Guy Sebastian picked Mitch to take through.
Attempting to use her ‘Save’ to keep Chriddy in the competition, Delta made a desperate play to poach Chriddy – only for the singer to eventually choose to stay on Team Guy.
However, the Australian starlet doesn’t give up easily – then making a move to steal Jessie.
‘Wait, wait, wait. I still have a save. What about if I save Jesse?’ Delta spluttered as Jessie prepared to head off stage.
‘That’s cheating. What is going on? Give me strength!’ Boy George moaned.
However, Delta was determined to stick to her guns.
‘Let me just say, I really do believe that none of you deserved to go home just then,’ she argued.
‘So Jesse, I’m looking forward to coaching you on my team.’
‘These are the loosest Voice rules I’ve ever seen but I love it.’ Guy exclaimed, while Kelly Rowland looked shocked.
