Blake Colman caused some serious controversy when it was announced that he was cast on Bachelor In Paradise after a string of alleged assaults and now WHO sat down with the star to get some clarity on the situation.

“All the people that aren’t impressed by me, have a good think about why I haven’t said anything about the (alleged assault) ordeal at the moment,” Blake said.

“I have never given my side of the story and there’s a real reason why. I’m waiting for the right time. People keep on bringing up the same stuff – okay I get it I messed up, however, it wasn’t all me. I didn’t do half the things that were said in those articles.”

“So when I bring my side of the story out you’ll be like, ‘Woah, Blake actually didn’t do anything that bad,’ he continued.

Of course, Blake’s ex-girlfriend and The Bachelor contestant, Jen Hawke, claimed he had in the past threatened her with revenge porn, which was later investigated by police, yet no charges were made. Speaking vaguely on the matter, Blake revealed, “The other stuff with old mate is an absolute cooker, but yeah.”

Colman, who has been open about his struggle with mental illness has vowed to put his energy into “help change the lives” of other men in Australia by working alongside The Happiness Co and the Man Enough movement which aims to spread awareness of preventative measures in regards to dealing with mental health.

“If I went and did that and continued to be a bad person I get it but at the end of the day, I’m apart of the Happiness co and the Man Enough Movement and all we want to do is save lives,” Colman says about looking towards making better decisions in future.

“All I’m trying to do now is try and change the fact that every eight minutes around Australia tries to or kill himself. I get it why you don’t agree with me being cast in a TV show but I can’t change the past but I’m trying to make this world a better place.”
