After eight years of marriage, Fergie and Josh Duhamel announced they were separating in September 2017. And now, over two years later, the former couple have officially finalised their divorce.

The pair, who share 6-year-old son Axl, filed their judgment with the Los Angeles County Court, along with details of their settlement, which was filed last Friday, Nov. 22, according to The Blast
Before their divorce was finalised, a California court warned Fergie and Duhamel that their divorce case ran the risk of being dismissed if they had not filed court documents before their court hearing on Oct. 16, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Despite the fact Fergie and Josh are no longer together, the couple appear to be on good terms, with both parents coming together to throw Axl a superhero-themed pool party for his birthday last year.
While Fergie has not been linked to anyone since the split, Josh has been linked to actress Eiza Gonzalez and model Audra Mari.
The 45-year-old has also expressed a desire to have more children.
“I’m not 30 years old anymore. I’m 45. I want to have more kids in the next few years,” he told Dax Shepard during an episode of the Armchair Podcast last year.
“So it’s more about finding someone young enough to have kids. It’s not as if I’m out there trying to just f*** anything. That’s not who I am. I’m trying to find a girl that I can be with and have a family with.”
