She confirmed she’s expecting her second baby back in February.
But despite looking absolutely radiant in a new pregnancy photoshoot, the 42-year-old has admitted growing a baby the second time round has been a struggle.
‘I have never been sicker or felt worse in my life,’ the tv and radio star wrote.
‘But I know every second will be worth it when this little angel arrives to join [daughter] Trixie and I.’
Fifi’s words were accompanied by a gallery of pictures from a recent family photoshoot.
Wearing a glam, khaki green dress, the star posed for pictures as Trixie, five, lent a helping hand.
‘As hard as it was to drag myself in front of a camera I’m so glad I captured some gorgeous photos of us during this special time,’ Fifi wrote.
‘I can’t wait to see the photos from this shoot (ps. I may be smiling but I had to lie down for two hours dry retching after this, it’s the most exercise I’ve been able to do in 6 months!)’
This is Fifi’s first child through IVF and an anonymous donor.
Fifi, shares Trixie with her ex-partner Grant Kenny who she split with in 2012.
