It’s been almost a month since Fiona Falkiner gave birth to her and fiancée Hayley Willis’ baby boy, but the former Biggest Loser star has made a personal confession about getting accustomed to her new body.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Fiona shared a photo of herself three weeks after giving birth to son Hunter as well as one from when she was in the third trimester of her pregnancy.
“3 weeks postpartum vs 31 weeks pregnant,” she captioned the post.
“Two almost identical photos… but looked at with different eyes. The first with judgement, the second with love. Learning to love my postpartum body isn’t easy, but when I see these two photos side by side I remind myself that just because I am no longer carrying our little bundle doesn’t mean this body is any less special.
“Just a reminder to all the Mummas out there to be kind to yourself, our body is truly incredible.”
New mums including The Block‘s Elyse Knowles and Married At First Sight’s Tracey Jewel praised Fiona for her post, but they weren’t the only ones.
“Such an important message sweetheart. Our bodies are incredible,” one fan commented.
“Be gentle with yourself Fiona. You are blessed with a powerful and beautiful body and it takes time to adjust,” noted another.
“Yaaas! Embrace our mamma bodies! We are superheroes,” a third exclaimed.
One week after Hunter’s birth, Fiona shared an adorable before and after photo comparison to her Instagram Stories.
In the before photo, the 37-year-old shared a selfie taken in the nursery during the last few days of her pregnancy and in the after photo, Fiona stands in the same spot with Hunter in her arms.
“1 week old today, we are taking this crazy ride hour by hour, cluster feeds and cracked nipples but I would not change a thing,” she captioned the snap.
Back in March, Fiona and Hayley shared their exciting baby news with fans via Instagram.
“For two years you were a dream, over nine months we watched you grow. In a second you stole our hearts, And showed us a love we did not know 💙,” the new mums wrote in identical posts.
“Introducing Hunter William Falkiner. Born 22.3.2021. 3.3kgs of baby gold. Mummy Fee & bub are doing fantastic ❤️
“A huge thank you to our incredible OB Ellie all the wonderful midwives of SAN Maternity who helped us navigate these first few days of motherhood 💜”
