Singer Adele surprised fans with her recent incredible 20kg weight-loss – and now her trainer is spilling on just how she did it!

It’s thought fitness coach and life consultant Camila Goodis had a hand in helping the British songstress achieve her body goals, after the pair met through Robbie Williams’ wife Ayda.
“I trained Ayda for a long time and it happens that they are good friends so I did Adele when she was there in Robbie’s house,” 36-year-old Camila told The Sun.
And while the singer‘s new look is down to “a healthy balanced diet, eating less calories a day and expending more energy”, Camila said the majority of the changes came from changing her eating patterns.
“I don’t believe she liked exercise much but she has changed her lifestyle and I believe that 90 per cent was dieting,” explained Camila – who’s been dubbed the Brazilian Body Wizard.
Though Camila said Adele’s not currently on her roster of clients, she still shed some insight as to what the singer’s new-look diet might have entailed.
“Giving up processed food, sugar, soda and get into an exercise routine, like cardio and strength training, will change people’s body,” Camila explained.
But while the star looked happier and healthier than ever while frolicking on the beach in the Caribbean with her pals Harry Styles and James Corden in recent days, some are growing concerned for Adele’s health, with one pal reportedly begging the singer to “slow down and stop dieting”.
According to a Radar Online insider, Adele’s inner circle is worried she’s becoming obsessive.
“Nobody disputes she’s done brilliantly to lose this weight, but now it’s getting obsessive,” an insider told Radar Online, also claiming that the singer is eating “bird-sized portions”.
“If she left it as she is now that would be fine, but she’s talking about losing a bunch more and really pushing herself to get the body of an athlete.”
