One of MTV‘s most popular series is returning, that’s right music aficionados can feast their eyes on a reboot of MTV Unplugged and one of the first few music acts include Aussie band ‘Gangs Of Youth’.
Speaking to Daily Telegraph, frontman Dave Le’aupepe confirmed the news.
“Doing MTV Unplugged is returning back to what Gang Of Youths songs sound like before everything is added to it … the secret molecular structure,” he told the publication.
MTV plan to record a number of acts within the next 12 months and Gang Of Youth’s Unplugged performance will be filmed at Melbourne’s Cobblestone Pavilion around their Splendour In The Grass set in July.
For fans can get their fix before the show debuts as they’re currently touring the country.
