Now in its sixth year, the award show celebrates the most popular artists and biggest hits over the past year as determined by listeners tuning into America’s iHeartMedia radio stations and on iHeartRadio, iHeartMedia’s digital music platform.
On Thursday night at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, music’s biggest names like Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, John Legend and The Backstreet Boys all stepped out.
