Now the model is deciding to speak first hand about people thinking he is gay.

During Tuesday night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here!, Richard Reid asked Justin about his sexuality during a campsite chat.

The 28-year-old was telling him and Angie Kent and Reid that he no longer spoke to his grandmother after she told his mum that he was “in the closet”.

“My nana was telling my mum who I was,” he said.

“It’s like that’s my mum and my mum didn’t even stick up for me … (I thought) why didn’t you not stick up for me, do you think that?”

Richard tried to look at it from Justin’s grandma’s view.

“If you don’t mind my saying, a lot of people do think you’re gay,” the entertainment reporter said.

“Great, yeah,” Justin replied.

“So what’s wrong with you, feel like your grandmother should have asked you directly if you were gay?” Richard asked.

“I absolutely feel like that she should of,” he replied.

Richard mused, “Maybe she didn’t know how to talk about it. She’s from another generation. So unless she’s done something else to wrong you I think that for her to ask the question, hang on, that other people have asked heaps of times. I really don’t see what the problem is unless you feel it was mean spirited.”

Justin wasn’t a fan of this theory, saying “I just feel that, like for me personally, the way that I’ve been brought up someone’s sexuality is none of your business, I don’t think it’s anyone’s business unless I choose to say it myself.”

“Anyways I think I don’t want to talk about this anymore, because obviously I don’t think we are going to see eye to eye.”

Angie disagreed, telling him, “You can’t back out of every conversation!”

But Justin was done, saying, “I don’t want feel like I’m sitting here and then I’m going to have two people disagreeing with me.”

“OK well, if you feel like we were trying to pressure you,” Richard explained, adding, “I was trying to put myself in your grandmother’s place.”
