Eleven seasons in and 33-year-old estate agent Josh Flagg believes this is the best of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles yet. (New episodes available to download or stream on hayu each Friday, same day as the US.)

Congratulations on 11 seasons!
We’re thrilled. I never thought it would last this long.

The show began back in 2006. How old were you then?
I was 21 when the show started. I was a kid and now I’m a young adult. I’m the longest cast member in either of the franchises, New York and Los Angeles, which is funny because, ironically, I’m the youngest one.

What’s the state of the real estate market in LA in Season 11?
We’re not going up but we’re not going down. Big things are still selling and we’re still getting good prices. We’re the only city in the world that’s maintained real estate prices.

Are you and Josh Altman ever going to be friends?
No, but that’s OK. We are the same as we always have been. It hasn’t changed for a long time.

Do you ever catch up with the New York guys?
We know each other but we’re not friends. But we’re not enemies, either.

How’s married life with Bobby going?
It’s the same as it was before we were married, which is good. A lot of people say the first year of marriage is the hardest but nothing has changed.
