Now that the high-intensity drama between Jordyn Woods, 21, Tristan Thompson, 27 and Khloé Kardashian, 34, has somewhat died down, Khloé can reflect on how she’s really feeling.
And she just wants to move on.
On Tuesday night, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star uploaded some heavy thoughts on her Instagram story, both seemingly referencing her failed relationship with Thompson.
The first poem is titled ‘The Truth About Your Heart’ by Nikita Gill, and it reads: “Your heart will fix itself. It’s your mind you need to worry about.
“Your mind where you locked the memories, your mind where you have kept pieces of the ones that hurt you, that still cut you like shards of glass.
“Your mind will keep you up at night, make you cry, destroy you over and over again,” the poem continues. “You need to convince your mind that it has to let go…because your heart already knows how to heal.”
The posts comes a week after family friend Woods’ tell-all interview with Jada Pinkett Smith where she claimed Thompson kissed her at an afterparty at his house last month.
In another post, Kardashian posted a second poem by Gill. It read: “The saddest word in the whole wide world is the world almost. He was almost in love. She was almost too good for him. He almost stopped her. She almost waited. He almost lived. They almost made it.”
After Woods’ shared her side of the story, Kardashian immediately slammed her on Twitter, accusing her of being the reason her family is broken.
Shortly after, she changed her tone to express that the real blame lies with Thompson. “This was Tristan’s fault,” she wrote.
“I have to move on with my life & count my blessings, my family, my health, & my beautiful baby True,” she concluded.
