Khloe Kardashian just revealed the workout that completely transformed her hot bod

Khloe Kardashian has opened up about the diet and exercise regime that has resulted in her body transformation since welcoming daughter, True.

In a teaser clip for season three of her series Revenge Body, the Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star admits she gained 40 pounds during her pregnancy and weighed 203 pounds after delivering first child, True in 2018.

However, the reality star – who is now a svelte size 8 – is in the best shape ever following her weight loss regime.

Speaking to Us Weekly, the 35-year-old revealed she likes to mix up her workouts so she doesn’t get bored in order to maintain her post-baby body.

“I’ve always loved boxing,” she revealed.

“But I do a lot of metabolic circuit training too. And I love to do weights, but with cardio intervals in between.”

Fans will watch Khloe open up on the upcoming season of Revenge Body about her struggle to regain her confidence.

“You think, ‘Oh, you’re gonna have a baby and all of its gonna come out’ and leave the hospital and you’re like, ‘What is going on? Why do I still have all this weight?’” she tells mum, Kris Jenner in the promo.

“My focus is True and just really immersing myself in motherhood,” she said. “But I completely relate to the daunting thought of ‘Now I have to go work out, where do I start?’”

Khloe’s comments come on the same day that she received backlash for referring to Jordyn Woods as a “fat a**hole in the latest Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s episode, which sees the cheating scandal between Woods and Khloe’s former boyfriend Tristan Thompson unfold.
