On Wednesday, the British reality star took to Instagram to share her heartbreak about her baby girl,  4-week-old daughter Consy.

“Completely in love with you … and my Mum just wanted you to be with her,” Andersson wrote on Instagram, captioning a photo of Consy. “Your time wasn’t ready yet.”

“Mummy loves you. I stayed with you each day … you opened your eyes one last time for me and I saw those beautiful big brown eyes,” she continued. “I’m so sorry I couldn’t do anymore. Go be with grandma Consy. ❤️😞 My angel. Rest in peace.”

She ended her note by listing her daughter’s full name and lifespan. “Consy Gloria Emma Andersson-Kemp,” Andersson wrote. “12/23/18-01/22/19.”

Andersson’s first child with partner Tom Kemp was born seven weeks prematurely on Dec. 23.

The baby girl had been in London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital ever since, and died on Tuesday.

She was named after Andersson’s late mother, who died in November 2017 after a battle with breast cancer.
