The reality star approached Luke to address his partying after he had lost ownership of his dogs.

“On the day I was assaulted I actually approached my roommate about the continual partying in the house,” he said in the video, adding that his partying may be the reason why his dogs were taken.

“So basically, [I was trying] trying to make him take some responsibility for this thing that’s happened,” he added.

Billy claimed the argument escalated after Luke ‘snapped.’

“He coward punched me. So he king hit me from the side. Completely out of the blue he’s just snapped,” the 28-year-old said.

“He knocked me out cold to start off with. I’ve come to, and I felt blood pouring down my face.”

The MAFS’ star said Luke approached him in the bathroom afterwards to apologise and to give him the opportunity to even the score.

“I was bleeding in my bathroom and he asked me to basically hit him back. And I said to him, ‘Mate, the world doesn’t work like that!’” Billy explained.

The NSW Police also took an AVO out on behalf of Billy with orders stating Luke must not ‘assault or threaten, stalk, harass or intimidate’, and ‘intentionally or recklessly destroy or damage any property that belongs to or is in the possession’ of Billy.
