Although married to Ryan on Married At First Sight, fans know that Davina has been secretly seeing Dean on the side. But now it has been revealed that the bride tried to also hook up with comedian Tommy Little whilst filming the show.
In an awkward interview which aired on Little’s radio show Carrie & Tommy this week, Tommy revealed that he and Davina had dated previously, and she tried to get into contact with him once again whilst she was in “married” and filming MAFS.
“I’m just interested because there was radio silence from both of us for a while, but then you messaged me not that long ago and you said you were going to be in Sydney when I was going to be in Sydney, right,” the comedian asked. “And you said do you maybe wanna catch up and get a drink and go out. And I said, ‘What are you doing in Sydney?’ and you said, ‘Filming a show.’”
Davina then denied that it was because she wanted to go on another date. “Oh, but … not as a date, though. Just because I was in Sydney. I don’t really come down to Sydney … No, you’re making it out a lot worse!” she said.
When Tommy, who occasionally sits on The Project panel, asked Davina if she was “trying to go on a second date and get married”, the reality star responded, “No, marriage wasn’t on my mind, no.”
She continued, “I don’t know, it was all because I was in Sydney at the time. I caught up with a lot of friends while I was there …”
Tommy revealed that he only discovered “how weird” Davina’s suggestion to catch-up was when he found out she was getting married on MAFS.
