The weddings have been done and dusted, the honeymoons have taken place and now it’s time for the first commitment ceremony.

As usual, the couples can only leave if both parties decide to leave – but things take a dramatic turn tonight as Ines states she wants to head for the hills, while her husband Bronson declares he wants to try and give their relationship another crack.

Ines starts the show suggesting the matchmakers chose the wrong man for her.

“Sam is so hot. Why didn’t they match him with me?”

“Why is everyone having good marriages, and mine is dogshit?” she voices.

Heidi then mentions he’s not that bad a bloke, to which Ines replies: “If you want him, take him… I have nothing in common with him.”

It seems Ines and Bronson have very little in common. “He can’t accept that I like range rovers and handbags.”

“This experiment could have been so incredible, had I been placed with someone who I could have a conversation with,” she continued.

As the two sit down with the experts, she decides: “I wanna stay but not with Bronson. I want a new husband.”

“Bronson only says three things ”Hey, mate and that’s beautiful.”

“This is not good. I don’t want him f***ing touching me. I don’t want him in the same room.”

“If anyone wants to give me their husband then give him to me!”

She goes on to say she’s keen to swap husbands. “I’m about divorcing and finding a new husband.”

Ines is then confronted by Lizzie about making a remark on orgies a previous dinner party. “Shut up. What are you saying?!”

“But you said it!” Lizzy reacts.

Ines “But was I serious?” she defended herself.

“What Bronson says to me I really don’t fucking care… My decision was easy to make. Leave. I have no respect for Bronson. Why would I stay”

Expert John Aiken advises: “Your communication style is toxic, so as experts we’re going to need to intervene immediately… that’s why we’re going to offer counselling.”

“Bronson is highly disrespectful and he does push me until the worst comes out…I don’t know if our marriage is salvageable.”

Meanwhile, Bronson admits: “I’m apprehensive, I’m just waiting for her to snap.”

“She’s the most horrible person I’ve met.”

As they continue to fight, he reveals: “The experiment is playing on me a lot more emotionally than I thought, I don’t think it’s going well, I’m miserable.”

Before he makes an explosive statement and swears at her directly.

Psychologist Mel Schilling is quick to cut him off. “When you use language like that… how do you expect her to react to you. My tip. If you want a relationship, don’t use language like that if you want any chance of a relationship with a woman.”

And in the moment that shocked Australia Bronson declares he’s not leaving the experiment yet.

“She’s going to hate me…There were glimpses of her I did like, so I’m going to choose to stay.”
