Last week, we learned Married At First Sight Ines Basic was set to appear in court on Monday in Brisbane.
But she never turned up.
Basic’s lawyer, Ivan Sayad, appeared in court on her behalf.
He requested the court date be moved in order to review police footage of the TV personality.
The Courier Mail report Magistrate Deborah Vasta told the court that Basic had tried to enter a plea in writing.
“I’m guessing she wasn’t acting on legal advice when she did that,” she said.
“But just so she knows, these are not charges that we can really deal with by way of (written plea).”
She is set to return to court on March 26.

On February 6, MAFS star Ines fronted Cleveland Magistrates Court in Brisbane after being charged with drink driving on Christmas Day last year.
The Courier Mail reported the 28-year-old was charged with being over the mid-range alcohol limit, contravening a police direction and an unrelated offense.
According to Armstrong Legal, mid-range limits are 0.08 – 0.149 – and they can incur a maximum fine of $2200 and up to 9 months in jail.
A MAFS spokesman shared: “This is a private matter of Ines’s which we understand is currently before the courts and we will not be commenting further.”
