Sean Hollands may have ended his marriage from Susan Rawlings but he is ready to be Married At First Sight – again, after proposing to his new love, Roslyn Buerckner.
The Melbourne Cup is the race that stops the nation but for the former MAFS star, his concern was off and away from the track.
On Tuesday, November 11, Sean went on bended knee at Flemington Racecourse.
Taking to Instagram, the former reality TV star posted a video of the moment he pops the big Q.
“So this just happened,” Sean captioned the video.
He then showed fans the ring that rode him to the wedding win.
“Melbourne cup day. @roslynbuerckner said yes. Couldnt ask for a better day and how it all come together,” he shared.
“Its a story in itself what the day means. There is so many people to thank you all know who you are. In keeping the secret and helping the day come together.”
His former MAFS family including Cheryl Maitland, Blair Rachael, Patrick Miller, and Claire Verrall all congratulated him.
John Robertson wrote, “Big congratulations Seany boy!”
Sean featured on 2017’s Married At First Sight, where he was paired with Susan Rawlings.
Sean and his bride-to-be went public earlier this year after meeting through equine charity Healing Hooves, where they both volunteer.
“Horses are my life and I’m lucky to have found a lovely horse lady,” Sean gushed.
“We had an instant chemistry, an instant connection when we met” added Roslyn, who described her relationship with Sean as “finding the missing piece of the puzzle.”
“I must say it’s been quite an experience,” she said. “He’s one of a kind, in the best way possible. And I mean that.”
