Married At First Sight star Susie Bradley has shared a candid post about her weight gain since leaving the show.
In a new Instagram post, the 26-year-old poured her heart out about her body insecurities, confessing that she has gained 7kg since filming the show last year.
‘It is honestly on my mind constantly all day every day that I can’t keep going like this,’ wrote Susie, alongside a photo from October, 2018.
In the throwback pic, the mum-of-one shows off her washboard abs and slim figure as she poses in the mirror.
‘I have looked after myself religiously since the birth of my daughter 4 years ago. But since the show I’ve hardly been to the gym and I’ve eaten all the foods,’ said Susie.
‘I am reaching out for a lovely lady personal trainer to help me find my way again!’
‘Please if you would like to help me become me again, send me a message,’ the desperate reality star signed off.
Since finding fame, the star has spent several weeks on a promotional trail for Nine.
Away from the media, she has then been splitting her time between looking after her daughter Baby, four, and her blossoming romance with NRL star Todd Carney.
