In a new interview with Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Browny, the 25 year-old single mum dropped a bombshell about Billy; claiming he is only on the show to further his career and his mean comments to her have been edited out.

When asked by Chrissie how she felt about being labelled ‘mean’ by MAFS fans, Susie had some choice words.

“Oh so hard, its 100% not how I thought it would be shown, I naively thought it would be both mine and Billy’s warts shown but unfortunately that’s not how it has played out,” she revealed.

When asked to delve deeper into what exactly Billy does that is so vindictive and the audience doesn’t see, Susie replied:

“I totally was not expecting for you not to see any of, I thought it was more interesting including all his psycho ways as well as mine but obviously not the case.

“Billy is legitimately an actor, he did a degree at university so from the very beginning he made it quite clear that he was on the show to further his career and when I didn’t respond the same, he took 100 steps backward and from that minute I was onto him and it was bit of a nightmare.”

When asked whether Billy actually said those words, Susie confirmed:

“Yes, on our very first day of our honeymoon, I remember it very clearly, we were sitting in the lounge room and I asked him about his modelling. I’d seen his photos and they were amazing and I said to him ‘why aren’t you modelling anymore?’”

“I don’t know if he said it to put out the feelers out there, or whether he just didn’t use his filter, but he said: ‘That’s why I’ve decided to do the show, to get back into the industry.’”

“Then I just looked at him, as if to say, ‘are you kidding? Did you just say that?’ And then he goes… ‘And because I want to be married as well.’”

“I think because he didn’t get the response he was after, he stood back a couple of steps.”

While Susie said she does bring up that particular incident in a later episode, she has no idea whether it will be shown.

However, while Susie says she didn’t expect to be portrayed as a villain, it was her choice to sign up for the reality show and she’s not going to hold it against the producers.
