Married At First Sight star Sarah Roza may have got her heartbroken after splitting with TV husband Telv Williams, but the beauty is not letting it get in the way of her goals as she reveals she’s shed an impressive 8 kilos!
In a new photo uploaded on Instagram, the 38-year-old appeared to look trimmer as she smiled alongside costar Tracey Jewel and fitness trainer Tammy Hembrow.
Fans were quick to notice the star’s fitter figure and with one writing: Can i please ask you how you lost your weight as I struggle to loose any 😕.”

Roza proudly confirmed she’s lost “about 8kgs darl… x.”
