Before Meghan Markle’s engagement to Prince Harry, the bride-to-be frequently shared life advice on her blog, The Tig.
From new year resolutions to Valentine’s Day dates, Markle’s website was packed with a lot of handy information.
One lot of advice that stood out was the travel advice the soon-to-be royal shared, including a great packing hack.
Markle revealed that she loves to layer dryer sheets between her clothes while packing. “Clothes will smell fresh when you arrive—and especially when you return home!” she wrote. Definitely worth the $7 pack of dryer sheets.
The Suits actress also said she always travels with hand sanitiser.
“I’m no germaphobe, but when I get on a plane I always use some quick hand wipes or a travel sanitiser spray to wipe it all down: that includes the little TV, the service tray, and all the buttons around your seat,” she wrote. “Sure, the person next to you may give you a side eye, but at the end of the flight, you’ll be the one whistling dixie with nary a sniffle.”
It’s safe to say we will be taking on Meghan’s travel tips next time we’re off to a new destination!
