Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson looked downcast as they celebrated Thanksgiving with the Cyrus clan.
In a black-and-white photo shared by the Wrecking Ball singer’s younger sister Noah Cyrus, the pair can be seen sitting at the end of the table with Miley’s mum Tish Cyrus and brother Trace Cyrus.

“Extremely thankful for everyone at the table. (a very sober thanksgiving staying hydrated 😩,” Noah captioned the snap.
The photo comes a day after the pair looked tense as they stepped out in Los Angeles on Thanksgiving (see the photos here).
Cyrus, 27, and Simpson, 22, were dressed in black as they exited an eatery and got into a black Tesla.
Miley celebrated her 27th birthday last weekend in a very unusual way – she remained completely silent. Literally.
Earlier this month the singer underwent vocal cord surgery, with doctors telling her she needed to rest her voice and remain silent for the next few weeks.
“I will never forget my silent 27th birthday,” Miley wrote on her on Sunday, alongside a photo of her leaning over to blow out her birthday candles on top of a heart-shaped chocolate frosted birthday cake.
“Thanks to my friends and family who made it so special!”
She also posted a photo of her and boyfriend Cody Simpson, 22, sitting together at her birthday dinner.
“A silent birthday looks like this,” she wrote, adding, “I have an App that helps me communicate but it really botches the comedic timing.”
Miley and Cody were the subject of split rumours earlier this month when fans of the pair noticed they’d stopped posting photos of each other on social media.
However Cody was quick to dispel the rumours, clarifying that the pair are still very much an item.
