Their first baby is due in November but Survivor star Moana Hope and her wife Isabella Carlstrom had more to celebrate on Monday as they marked their first wedding anniversary.

Model Isabella, 28, who is currently pregnant with the couple’s first child, shared a black and white still from their 2019 wedding day.
“Happy Anniversary to my beautiful Wife,” she penned in the caption.
“I can’t believe it been a year already, it feels like it was yesterday! What a year it’s been. We could never have imagined the world look like this a year ago.”
“In saying that it has still be the best year of my life because it was my first year being your Wife. You make me so happy and I love every single part of our life together. Standing stronger than ever bring on the next 100 years together. I love you @moanahope Happy happy Anniversary.”
Former AFLW player Moana, 32, also posted a special tribute to her wife of one year on her Instagram Stories.
The mum-to-be shared a video revealing the “pretty cute” gesture that she and Bella did to celebrate their anniversary that she deemed “very us.”
“We ordered each other flowers from the same florist to be delivered at the exact same time. We are ridiculous, I think we’re ridiculous,” the former Survivor contestant said.
Moana also snuck in a single rose in the bouquet to signify one year of marriage adding: “One red rose means one year so there should be like 80 of these by the time we’ve finished.”
Isabella is currently 25 weeks pregnant with the couple’s first child but revealed that she hasn’t had “the easiest ride so far.”
“It’s been really hard to adjust to a forever changing body,” the model wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of her burgeoning bump.
“Whether that’s having boobs bigger than I could have ever imagined, to getting love bumps in all kinds of new place, to literally feeling like an 80 year old woman while trying to complete the most simple tasks.”
However, she added: “All that aside I wouldn’t change anything, because it’s all part of the journey that will bring me to you. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for you. This morning I was able to look past the struggles and I really fell in love with all the changes that come with being pregnant. So here’s my little celebration. Bring on the home stretch.”
Moana and Isabella announced that they were expecting back in May and called the IVF pregnancy “a dream come true.”
“From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank @monashivf and the team for everything you have done to support us. You have helped make this dream a reality. Holding this in for 13 weeks has been so bloody hard. My heart is exploding,” Moana wrote in the Instagram post sharing their happy news.
In a previous chat with Who, the couple revealed that whilst Isabella is carrying their firstborn, Moana will carry the second.
“I want to carry at least two, Mo wants to carry at least one,” Isabella explained with her wife adding, “I want three or four.”
