After much speculation, actor Owen Wilson has become a father for the third time.
The comedian is now the proud dad to a baby girl, who has been named Lyla Aranya Wilson.
The child’s mother, Varunie Vongsvirates, announced her bundle of joy had arrived through a post on Instagram.
“My sweet little princess 💝 Lyla Aranya Wilson, born on 10-09-18,” Vongsvirates captioned her baby girl’s first photo that she shared to Instagram on Sunday.
While Wilson is yet to officially comment on the happy news, sources close to him have said he is “excited”.
Vongsvirates, who shared a throwback snap with Wilson on August 7 celebrating the premiere of his movie Father Figures in December 2017, confirmed he was the dad when someone asked:
“Owen Wilson is papa?” To which she replied, “Yes” with a kissing-face emoji.
The actor, 49, is already dad to — Finn, now 4½, who he shares with Caroline Lindqvist and Robert Ford, now 7½, whose mum is ex-girlfriend Jade Duel.
In 2017, he told Ellen, “Ford seems like he might even be a little stunt man in training.”
“He’s a big Jackie Chan fan.”
