The 37-year-old took to Instagram to share a picture of her son Jameson Moon Hart who appeared to be cheekily smiling at the camera.
“Oh hey old man 😍 #swoon“, the performer simply captioned the adorable picture.
But that wasn’t the only family love she shared on social media, the What About Us singer also posted a video of her daughter as she reached a huge milestone – her very first tooth is ready to come out!
