Whilst in San Francisco the mum-to-be and her two older sisters visited Alcatraz prison and rode a cable car through the city.
Khloé’s weekend away marks a rare appearance for the 33-year-old who has been keeping away from the limelight since the news of her pregnancy broke.
The reality star made her first official public appearance last week at the 1-year anniversary event for her Good American denim line.
