Prince Harry and Meghan Markle arrive in Sydney

They're here!

Just days after Princess Eugenie’s royal wedding, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have touched down in Sydney for their royal tour.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex landed just after 7am in Sydney after flying from London on a Qantas flight.

The royal couple, who married back in May, will have one day to themselves before they commence their official duties tomorrow.

Tuesday’s itinerary will be jam-packed, including an official welcome by Governor-General Peter Cosgrove at Admiralty House, where they’ll meet athletes competing in Sydney’s Invictus Games.

The Duke and Duchess can’t come to Sydney without cuddling a few koalas -which they’ll get to do at Taronga Zoo.

The palace confirmed that Harry and Meghan “will have an opportunity to meet members of the public” at the Opera House forecourt upon their departure.

The duo will also visit Dubbo, Melbourne, and Fraser Island before they head to New Zealand, Tonga, and Fiji.
