Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced this week that their royal wedding cake will be a lemon elderflower cake created by pastry chef Claire Ptak.
Claire, owner of London-based bakery Violent Cakes, will incorporate the bright flavours of spring into the cake before covering it with buttercream and decorating with fresh flowers.
The lemon elderflower flavour is not very traditional for a cake, and is traditionally used in drinks and cocktails.
