Overnight, royal theorists were certain the royal baby had arrived when eagle-eyed fans noticed the palace website was under construction.
For those of us who’ve covered the births of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and most recently Prince Louis – they will know this would be Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s tell-tale sign that Baby Sussex had entered the world.
But it seems the newlyweds, who’ve only been married for less than 11 months. have further cemented their split from Prince William and wife Kate Middleton.
Been living under a rock? Watch below the very beefy reasons why Megs and Harry wanted out of Kensington Palace.
Despite royal baby fever, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have officially launched their own personal Instagram.
The account @sussexroyal was launched on Tuesday, April 2 and attracted more than 300,000 followers in a matter of seconds.
“Welcome to our official Instagram; we look forward to sharing the work that drives us, the causes we support, important announcements, and the opportunity to shine a light on key issues,” the couple’s first official post read.
“We thank you for your support, and welcome you to @sussexroyal.”
Given all the drama with the royals, it is only natural that we’ve been waiting for Kate and Wills to respond to them leaving.
And boy did they come out swinging.
In a classic post-breakup move, the Cambridges have updated their profile photo.
Gone is the iconic photo of Meghan, Harry, Kate and William together at their first appearance as a foursome at the first annual Royal Foundation Forum in February 2018.
The Kensington Royal profile images were changed to a photo of the Cambridge family.
The photo features our favourite royal tots: Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, who turns 1 this month.
If it looks familiar, it was their family’s Christmas card last year.
