Kensington Palace announced on Tuesday that Prince William is set to undertake a Middle Eastern Royal Tour in December, but wife, Kate Middleton will not be joining him.

In a brief statement shared on Twitter, the palace announced the Duke of Cambridge’s next solo journey abroad.
“The Duke of Cambridge will undertake an official visit to Kuwait and Oman at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office,” Kensington Palace wrote.
“The visit will take place between Sunday 1st and Wednesday 4th December. Further details will be advised in due course.”
Despite the fact there was no mention of the Duchess of Cambridge joining her husband, many hoped that the glamorous royal would be visiting the Middle East, too.
It’s been a busy few months of travel for the royal family. Kate and William left children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis at home last month for a five day tour of Pakistan.
Meanwhile, it was also announced last month that Prince Charles will spend his birthday without Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, in India, where he will spend two days, November 13 and 14. The couple will be reunited when they head to New Zealand together later in the month.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also recently completed a tour of South Africa.
