The AFL WAG took to Instagram to gush over sister, Kate Twigley’s newborn baby girl.
Announcing that she was a proud aunty to her fans, Bec posted a picture of her baby niece, Scarlett, along with a sweet caption.
“I can’t wait to meet you baby girl,’ Bec began.
When sisters have babies it feels like your own (without the sore body parts and sleepless nights). Well done @katetwigley for baking her so well and thank you @matseal for the girl swimmer! 🙈We are thrilled to add a little lady to the army of gorgeous boys in our family 🙌🏽
Bec, 36, and AFL star Chris, also 36, share four children: Oscar, Billie, and twins Tom and Darcy.
Last year, Bec admitted to WHO that it was a complete shock to learn she was expecting twins.
“We thought we’d have a third child … maybe,” she spilled.
“But then we were away on holiday and we tried literally one time, and before I could change my mind, I was already pregnant!”
Bec admitted she suffered a panic attack on hearing the news they’d be parents for the third and fourth time in one fell swoop.
“I was in shock. I feel like I’ll be in shock every day for the rest of my life! How did this happen to me?”
However, Bec’s life could have panned out very differently. In an interview on KIIS FM’s 3pm Pick-Up, the glamorous mum spoke about being ‘star-struck’ when she met her teenage crush and troubled former AFL star, Ben Cousins.
“My husband Chris played with Ben at the [West Coast] Eagles… In high school, my friend Carla had a life-size cut out of Ben Cousins at the beach with just a towel in her bedroom. We would always just froth at the picture!” she admitted.
And then I started dating Chris… there was a footy game in Melbourne and we all went out for dinner after the football game. I was so scared the whole night to even look at [Ben] or say anything because I was so nervous.
‘And then at the end of the night, I was like [squeaky voice] “Hi, Ben!” And he was just so cool, “Oh, g’day Bec!”‘
