Roxy Jacenko has spoken out about her concerns for Tziporah Malkah, formerly known as Kate Fischer.
The Sweaty Betty founder spoke to Daily Mail Australia about the former model’s increasingly bizarre behaviour.

“I often see her Instagram and I feel a bit sorry for her,” said Roxy.
“She went from the highest of highs and ended up living in a shelter. There’s obviously issues there. Can someone help her?”
Despite the PR guru’s concerns, she declined the possibility of working with Tziporah in the future.
“She seems like a really nice lady, she’s entertaining… but it’s not the PR world I know,” said Roxy.
“I don’t do people and I would never be the best person for her.
“But one thing that really irritates me is the people out there who do do people and are just looking for their 20 per cent commission with no regard for the individual.
“F** that! It’s so many levels of wrong to me,” she added.
Back in May Tziporah – who was once engaged to Australian billionaire, James Packer – showed off her 50kg weight loss after attending a health retreat and learning “self-hypnosis”.
However, in July, the 45-year-old sparked concern after posting a series of disturbingly graphic pictures on Instagram. Just one month later, Tziporah also caused concern by sharing photos of herself sporting a black eye, stating that she was a “victim of abuse.”
